We start from the ingredients: the ones our land gives better than anywhere else. We work with local producers, grow herbs and vegetables in our garden, and follow the rhythm of the seasons. Each land has its own flavours, colours and scents — and ours have been blessed by nature.

Our commitment is to seek out the finest ingredients and the techniques that best enhance them, without overpowering them. Respecting the ingredient is the first act of respect towards those who sit at our table.

Arabella lives inside an old Lombard farmhouse where time stood still — and then started again in an unexpected direction. Centuries-worn exposed bricks, original beams, floors that bear the marks of history: an authentic aesthetic preserved with a contemporary spirit.

The private courtyard is the heart of the house: the romantic covered porticoes open onto it, the place for meeting and conviviality. The interior rooms open towards the park through large glass walls, in a continuous dialogue between inside and out.

A cellar curated with passion tells the story of the territory through selected labels, niche wineries to discover and producers of recognised excellence.
